Ticket and Tag Disclaimers
Our secure admission tickets, coat check tickets and luggage tags and golf bag tags all have disclaimers in English, Spanish and French to help protect you and inform the users of liability limitations involved in using the security tickets and tags.
Standard Disclaimer for Admission Tickets:
The admission ticket disclaimer is printed on the back of the ticket. Here is a sample displaying the standard verbiage used in our admission ticket disclaimers.
“Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited.”

The coat check ticket disclaimer is printed on the back of the ticket.
“Not responsible for articles checked, content of articles checked, for any item left overnight or lost tickets.”

Luggage / Bag Tag Disclaimer:
Printed on the tear-off stub portion of the bag tag. This legal disclaimer can be customized. Note: Dotted boarder will NOT be printed
“Contracting Releasing Liability: It is agreed in consideration thereof by the holder, in accepting the check that the Hotel/Establishment shall not be liable for loss or damage to said property caused by negligence of the Hotel/Establishment or its employees, or by water, fire, theft, or any other cause. The Hotel/Establishment is authorized to deliver property to any person presenting this check without identification. Liability limit: $100.”

Golf Bag Tags:
The disclaimer will be printed on the main (longer) portion of the tag that is to be attached to the golf bag tag. This legal disclaimer can be customized.
“Use course at own risk. Tag must be attached to bag (or cart where required). Not transferable or redeemable because of weather or any conditions. Good only on date stamped.”
“All players and other persons at the golf club, or on the golf course, assume all risk of injury to themselves, damage and loss to property and are liable for their acts to all other persons.”
